Echo Crossing Sewer Easement Construction


The townhome development across the street from Stillwater’s front entrance is under way.  Last fall, Stillwater Homeowners Association (SHA) made an agreement with the developer to use the vacant lot at the front entrance to run their sewer line through the property and connect to the sewer system.  The county wanted the Echo Crossing Developer to connect his sewer line inside of Stillwater going down Stillwater Circle at the main entrance.  This type of work would have been more complicated for the residents of Stillwater.  Under the agreement, the Echo Crossing Developer has given notice to begin his sewer installation.  We expect this work to begin shortly or right after school ends.

Welcome to the Stillwater community website!  The purpose of this site is to give current residents quick access to news, contacts and important documents and information. A dual purpose is to introduce prospective residents and other interested parties to our lovely neighborhood.

Mailbox curley cues are available from Kim Hoegh for $10 each.  Contact Kim at 423-432-8572 or email at kimhoegh@icloud.com 

They will also be available at the HOA Annual Meeting.

Street Sign and Mailbox Painting


The HOA is working with Marty Bryant to paint all of our street signs in the neighborhood.
 

While we are performing this task, we wanted to offer to each resident the opportunity to have your mailbox post (not the mailbox) painted.  There will be a $10 charge for the service payable to Stillwater Homeowners Association.  If you would like for your mailbox post to be painted, send an email request to our Property Manager Kirk Kent at kkent@kentpm.com.  Once the post is painted, Stillwater Homeowners Association will bill each resident $10.00 for the service.

Covenant Reminders
 

  • All changes to the exterior of homes including home additions must be pre-approved. This includes fences. Covenant 2 & 3. Homeowners should submit their requests through the website portal and Kent Property Management will be in touch.

  • Garbage Cans must not be visible outside the home except on pickup day. Covenant 15

  • Street parking is not allowed. Please ensure your vehicles remain in your driveway or garage. Covenant 16

  • Yard and lot maintenance is the responsibility of owners. Yard and shrubs shall be trimmed. Covenant 28

Annual dues

Annual dues for 2026 can be paid to Kent Property Management.  Dues are $300.  If paid by January 31, 2026,  dues are discounted to $285.  As a reminder, dues are mandatory for all residents of our subdivision.

The Stillwater Lending Library is located at the entrance to the pool and offers books, games, and other activities.  Be sure to check it out!  Remember anything 

stamped is not to be sold.

gas lamp maintenance

Please remember you are required to keep your gas lamp lit at all times.  If you are having ​a problem with your gas lamp you can contact Gas Appliances Unlimited at 423-877-6303.  They carry all of the parts and pieces for our lamps and posts.   You can also use the Contact Us form to ask for assistance.   Thank You for your cooperation!
